Participation of our PhD Student Konstantinos Mexis, member of the research team of the project, at the 14th European Congress of Chemical Engineering and 7th European Congress of Applied Biotechnology held in Berlin, Germany during the period 2/6-6/6/2024 in order to present the paper entitled ‘ “Extracting and Ranking Metabolic Pathways from Large Metabolic Networks using Graph Theory and Metabolic Flux Analysis,”  under the session Bioresources, Bioprocesses and Biomedical Systems.

Participation of our PhD Student Stefanos Xenios, member of the research team of the project, at the 33rd European Symposium on Computer-Aided Process Engineering (ESCAPE-33) took place in Athens from  June 18th to June 21st, 2023 at the Royal Olympic Hotel in Athens city centre, in order to present the paper entitled “On the systematic development of large-scale kinetics using stability criteria and high-throughput analysis of curated dynamics from genome-scale models”  under the theme 5: Systems methods in industrial biotechnology and biomedical applications.

Creation of A3-sized printed poster

We are pleased to announce the creation of our first A3-sized printed poster, which will be placed in a clearly visible public area. The poster will accompany us in all our activities and creatively and effectively presents all the necessary information regarding the research project and its actions.
